We are looking for a Customer Support Operator to strengthen our operational team.


  • 3+ years of customer support operations experience in a project and/or program management role.
  • Telecommunication industries experience preferred.
  • Team player who brings passion and excitement into work with high energy
  • Experience working in cross-disciplinary virtual teams with demonstrated ability to resolve road blocks to progress
  • You are passionated about the web
  • You are an easy and clear speaker
  • You speak perfectly French
  • You speak perfectly English
  • You speak perfectly Spanish


  • You are patient and attentive
  • You have clear communication skills and you know how to use positive language
  • You are able and willing to learn about the product/ service
  • You have a good ability in reading people needs
  • You can handle surprises and stressful situation in case of problematic request
  • You are persuasive
  • In all situations, you do your best to please customers and always observe the company policy
